Industry background and current situation

Optical films can be divided into reflective film, anti-reflection film, filter film, optical protection film, polarization film, spectroscopic film and phase film. Optical reflective films are used to increase the reflectivity of the mirror and are commonly used to manufacture reflective, refraction and resonator devices. According to the different application fields, reflective films can be divided into liquid crystal display reflector film and semiconductor lighting reflector film. The recipe of reflective film processing technology is complex, which requires a high degree of automation of raw material measurement. The equipment operation process is complex, and the continuous loss-in-weight system should follow the process operation rhythm of the entire production line.


Sonner provides a standard continuous loss-in-weight system for reflective film process raw materials and additives. The system includes online continuous loss-in-weight measurement of each particle raw material involved in the recipe, and synchronous mixing composition, which is an ideal and mature solution for extrusion film processing.
